What leasing options are available?

Do you offer individual leases & co-living?
We do not offer individual leases (by-the-bed) with co-living arrangements (individual leases with private rooms and shared commons spaces). We offer a single lease with everyone 18 years and older on the same lease.
Can I request a specific apartment & can an apartment be held?
The only way to hold an apartment is by paying the application and admin fee.
Is there a security deposit and is any of it refundable?
Security deposits are based off credit and approval.
Do you accept Section 8 vouchers?
No
Are utilities included?
No utilities are included. Water is billed monthly with your rent. Each resident is responsible for getting their own electric.
Is renter's insurance required?
We definitely recommend each resident getting their own renters insurance. Included in your $120 monthly amenity fee is the $100,000 coverage for liability insurance. This does NOT cover your personal items.
Can the apartment be sublet or listed on short-term rental platforms like AirBnB or VRBO?
Apartments cannot be sublet or listed on short-term rental platforms such as Airbnb or VRBO.
What are the hours of the clubhouse?
Our clubhouse closes at 2 AM
What are the hours for the fitness center?
24 Hours
What are the hours for the pool? Is it open seasonally?

What are the hours for the business center?

Is the apartment set up for working remotely?
Yes, but we also offer our cyber lounge which is the perfect place to take a quick meeting on the go.
Are apartments internet/cable ready? Is there a separate charge? How do I set it up?
Yes, we are partnered with AT&T, which makes setting up your Internet easy as can be.
How do I get my packages/do you have package lockers?
We have a several package lockers and a concierge.
Are BBQ grills available?
Yes, we have 5 on the community for residents use.
Do you offer valet trash service and/or recycling?
Yes, Sunday-Thursday; 6-8PM
Are concierge services available?
Yes, makes getting deliveries easy.
What is the smoking policy?
Smoking is only allowed on the patio.
What is the parking situation?
We have a multi-level parking garage that offers plently of spaces for residents. Additionally, all parking is registered and must be approved.
Do you allow pets; if so, do you have pet amenities?
Yes, we do have breed restrictions. We have our central bark park that is the perfect place for your four legged friend to be right at home.
Our community was designed with people who rent with pets in mind. A maximum number of two (2) pets are permitted per apartment unit provided the required pet deposit, pet fee and monthly pet rent is paid. Pet weight must not exceed 99 lbs. with restrictions on all aggressive breeds including, but not limited to the following breeds, Akita Inu, Alaskan Malamutes, American Bandogge, American Bulldog, Basenji, Boew Boel, Bull Terrier, Cane Corso, Caucasian, Chow, Doberman Pinschers, Dogo Argentino, Fila Brasileiro, German Shepherd, Great Dane, Gull Dong, Huskies, Perro de Presa Canario, Pitbull, Rhodesian Ridgeback, Rottweiler, Saint Bernard, Tosa Inu, Staffordshire Terriers, Dobermans, Wolf Mixes, and any mixes thereof. Other animals, including but not limited to the following are not permitted as pets at this Community: Poisonous Animals (i.e. spiders, snakes); and/or, other Exotic Animals (i.e. primate, iguana, ferret, sugar gliders, snakes). For more comprehensive literature regarding this Community’s pet policies, please inquire with a leasing representative.
